Brian Voice

Brian has 35 years experience with National Bank and Westpac. He has had various banking positions including Branch Manager and a highly successful Mobile Mortgage Manager for Westpac.

He has a proven record of customer satisfaction. He has received a number of high achievement awards, and for his last four years with Westpac he was placed in the Top 5 Mobile Mortgage Managers in New Zealand.

Brian has lived in the Franklin District for over 20 years, although originally born and bred in Canterbury.

Brian is a keen sportsman and still plays cricket, soccer, golf and Golden Oldies Rugby. His other interests include fishing and supporting his four daughters netballing endeavors.

Brian is knowledgable, personable and efficient. “My goal is to help my clients obtain the finance required to own their first home or investment property. I will also help my clients to refinance to a better deal, if required. I take the time to ensure any loans are structured to best suit the needs of my clients”.
