Mortgage Express has today announced the appointment of Gary Xie and Darrin Bunt who will join Cooper and Co Real Estate on Auckland’s North Shore. Darrin will be based at the Birkenhead office whilst Gary will act as a roving agent across the North Shore and West Auckland.
The placement of both men within the Auckland region is significant as it encourages the growth of Mortgage Express within the Northern Region says Mortgage Express CEO Marcus Williams.
“Growing the Mortgage Express team within the Northern Region, allows us to keep pace with the continually expanding Auckland population, providing essential services for all cliental”.
Both Gary and Darrin have strong customer service backgrounds, providing them with the skills to interact and build relationships with a vast array of people, a key quality for Mortgage Express advisers.
Darrin, a born New Zealander spent over 15 years in the United Kingdom working in both business development and sales roles before becoming a fully qualified mortgage adviser and moving back to New Zealand to begin work as a mortgage adviser in Wellington.
Gary has a Masters degree in Banking Management from Massey University and has over 5 years experience in the finance sector working as mortgage manager and then an adviser. Gary is bilingual, fluent in both Mandarin and English, a key quality enabling him to expand Mortgage Express’ reach within Auckland’s Chinese community.
