Terry Makey Mobile: 021 658 087 Terry Makey has extensive commercial lending experience gained from over 30 years within the finance sector. Commencing his career with the Bank of New Zealand and UDC Finance, for whom he served in both branch and area management, he developed expertise and wide ranging skills in lending. He continued his career in the building and construction sector for several years as director and shareholder of two private companies. Returning to the finance sector in 1998, he served as Property Finance Manager for Nationwide Finance before joining the Strata Funding team in 2003. This practical experience has been of particular benefit to his clients. With his ability to “engineer” financing requirements to maximum effect, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of the finance and construction sectors, Terry is able to provide a superior level of service in sourcing funding facilities – a hallmark of Strata Funding’s service. |

John Chapman Mobile: 021 708 818 John Chapman has spent almost 25 years in the banking and financing sector. Prior to joining Strata Funding in 1998, John had an extensive career with Westpac Banking Corporation where he gained a wide range of banking experience particularly in business and commercial lending. His comprehensive skills as a lender, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of banking and commercial funding, provide him with an incisive understanding of how to structure funding packages to specifically match client requirements. Equally familiar with straightforward term lending and complex lending transactions involving multiple lenders, John's abilities have earned him the respect of all major commercial lenders. His experience enables him to identify and summarise client debt and business requirements quickly and source and identify suitable funding facilities. This insight and knowledge makes him a valuable member of the Strata Funding team, appreciated by clients and lenders alike. |
