Cherie Matches Mobile: 021 611 780 Cherie Matches brings to her role with Strata Funding extensive experience garnered over more than 22 years in the finance sector. She commenced her career in a variety of roles with major New Zealand lending institutions, which included credit control, lending and other responsibilities. For a period during the '90s she also worked in a business development management role for a major international bank. Better known for her residential broking expertise, in 1988 she became the founding director of high profile broking company, Loan Plan, which she later sold. She subsequently established, and successfully operated for 11 years, Mortgage Planners - a boutique specialist mortgage broking business again primarily focused on the residential sector. Her success and broking skills have clearly been demonstrated by her being placed three times in the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers' Association (NZMBA) annual `Broker of the Year' competition. She also served as a NZMBA committee member for three years. In November 2007, seeking the additional challenge of working within the commercial sector, Cherie joined Strata Funding as a Commercial Finance Consultant - Broker. In this role she marries her considerable residential expertise with extensive commercial knowledge, networks and broking skills. |
