Sarah Johnston
General Manager
Sarah joined the team in November 2004, after 17 years working for Westpac Banking Corporation. Sarah spent four years working at the Westpac Mortgage Adviser Unit, helping to set the unit up from inception and leaving the unit as the National Sales Manager.
Sarah has a passion for the Mortgage Adviser Industry, and enjoys being part of a team that puts the customer first. Sarah’s key responsibilities are to manage the day to day running of the company including recruiting and training the adviser team, liaising with the lenders and our system provider.

Raquel holds her Bachelor of Business Studies with her major being Accountancy and joins Mortgage Express with over 10 years experience in various accounting roles. During her career she has worked for various firms e.g. Apollo Marketing Limited and Vodafone. Raquel considers her strengths to be her attention to detail, always looking for improvements and a love for working hard.

Raewyn has over 15 years experience in various Administration roles. She runs the Mortgage Express Head Office in Auckland and supports our advisers across the country.

Nikki Mence
Business Operations Manager
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with her major being in Mathematics and Information Technology. She has joined the team at Mortgage Express as our Business Operations Manager and has over 10 years experience across various roles in the mortgage advice industry. She has an extensive background in systems and processes, website design and training and development. Nikki supports our new advisers with training, manages our software, systems and processes and is also responsible for our social media and website.
