Kate Spence is passionate about helping people and is committed to providing excellent service in her role as mortgage adviser at Mortgage Express. 

Based in South Canterbury, Kate assists clients in her region to get home loan ready, refinance or refix their existing mortgage, and access equity to grow their investment portfolios.

With a background in education, Kate spent the last six years as an early childhood teacher and head teacher, working with colleagues to refine and develop teaching styles. Her experience in education has honed her ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and support others in achieving their goals.

Inspired to join the mortgage industry after her own experience with a Mortgage Express adviser who helped her secure a mortgage, Kate is dedicated to providing the same level of support and expertise to her own clients.

In her role at Mortgage Express, Kate will be providing mortgage advice to clients in South Canterbury, be that for a first home, a second home, or to grow a property investment portfolio.
